These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Montessori Care website (www.montessoricare.com.au) and the services provided by Montessori Care Pty Ltd (“Montessori Care”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Montessori Care provides aged care, disability care, and allied health services. The specific services provided to you will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement. Invoices are issued fortnightly and payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full service rate in accordance with NDIS pricing arrangements or your Service Agreement.
