These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Montessori Care website (www.montessoricare.com.au) and the services provided by Montessori Care Pty Ltd (ABN 60 633 980 140), a Registered NDIS Provider (Provider Number 4050113257), trading as Montessori Care (“Montessori Care”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Montessori Care provides aged care, disability care, and allied health services, including:
The specific services provided to you will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Aged Care Act 1997, the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, the Aged Care Quality Standards, the NDIS Practice Standards, and other relevant quality and safeguarding requirements.
Before commencing services, we will enter into a Service Agreement with you (or your authorised representative). This agreement will outline:
You may request changes to your Service Agreement at any time by contacting your care coordinator. Where these Terms and your Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement will prevail in relation to service-specific matters.
Fees for our services depend on your funding arrangement:
Invoices are issued fortnightly and payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in your Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges, and we reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full service rate in accordance with NDIS pricing arrangements or your Service Agreement.
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement by providing written notice as set out in the agreement. Outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain payable.

Montessori Care reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clients of significant changes through your care coordinator or by email. Continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were most recently revised.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with your Service Agreement (where applicable) and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Montessori Care in relation to your use of our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
