Age Care & Registered NDIS Provider
The government provides funding to help older Australians stay at home longer. It can feel overwhelming at first, but we’re here to walk you through it, step by step.
The Australian Government provides funding to help older people receive care and support at home. This means you may not need to pay the full cost of your care, the government contributes based on your assessed needs.
The main program is called Support at Home (which replaced Home Care Packages from July 2025). It’s designed to help you stay independent in your own home for as long as possible.
You don’t need to figure this out alone. We help families navigate the funding process every day, and we’re happy to explain your options at no cost.

You start by contacting My Aged Care (1800 200 422). They’ll arrange an assessment to understand your needs. Once approved, you choose a provider like Montessori Care to deliver your services.
