We started Montessori Care because the system was broken, and we couldn't look away.

Aged and disability care had become a circus. Too many providers chasing volume, not people. Vulnerable Australians are treated like numbers on a spreadsheet. Families left stressed, underfunded, and unsupported, wondering if anyone actually cared.

We wanted a better way. We drew a line in the sand. We would never accept this standard of care for our own parents, our children, or our grandparents. If it wasn’t good enough for our family, it wasn’t good enough for yours.

So we built something different. Not bigger, better. An obsession with human connection and quality. Care that feels safe, consistent, and respectful. People you would trust in your own home, with your own loved ones.

While the industry recruits under-experienced “anybodies” to fill shifts, Montessori Care exists to find and back the best carers in Australia. We invest in training, we invest in people, and we hold ourselves to a standard most providers won’t.

Our mission is simple: serve others, give back, and build something that strengthens community. Not for shareholders, for families.
