1. Introduction

Welcome to Montessori Care. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Montessori Care offers a range of in-home aged care and disability support services, including:

  • In-Home Aged Care
  • Disability Care
  • Allied Health Services
  • Domestic Assistance (Cleaning)
  • Personal Care
  • In-Home Nursing Care

3. Service Agreements

Prior to the commencement of services, clients are required to enter into a Service Agreement outlining the specific services to be provided, fees, and other relevant terms. This agreement ensures clarity and mutual understanding between Montessori Care and the client.

4. Fees and Payments

Clients will be invoiced as per the terms outlined in their individual Service Agreements. Payments are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the Service Agreement by providing written notice as stipulated in the agreement. Outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain payable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide a safe environment for our staff.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is given to Montessori Care.
  • Notify us of any changes in health or circumstances that may affect the delivery of services.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Montessori Care is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles as outlined in the Privacy Act 1988. Our detailed Privacy Policy can be accessed on our website.

8. Liability

While Montessori Care strives to provide the highest standard of care, we are not liable for:

  • Any harm or loss resulting from the client’s failure to provide a safe environment.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Modifications to Terms

Montessori Care reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
